つーかマジ暑いι(´Д｀υ)
また更新サボってるよ(つД`) 暑いのが悪いんです、つーか絶対そうです。
■ 関東の震度5強で露呈した携帯電話の弱点 : IT Pro 記者の眼
少し前に起こった関東での地震、まあ自分は全く無関係な地域に居住してますから大丈夫なわけですけど。
で、こういう災害が起こると電話が繋がりにくくなる（制限が掛けられる）というのは昔から言われてることで、 それが今回関東でもあったらしい。
しかし携帯が普及した今は新潟県中越地震の時もそうだったように、音声はダメでもメールはOKって具合で何とかなってたとか。
だが、今回の関東ではメールも規制された。理由は3G携帯（FOMA）は音声もメール等のデータ通信も同一で扱われるから。
今まではこれらは分別されてたが３G携帯ではそうはいかんらしい。
第二世代の携帯に戻る、PHSを使うなどの解決策はあるようだけど、各社とも対応していくようなので心配しなくてよさげ。 その前にデカイ地震が来てしまったらお陀仏ですが。
■ アイレップ、検索結果が誹謗・中傷サイトで埋もれるのを阻止するサービス
なんか凄そうなシステムでも導入するのかと思いきや、タダ単に企業サイトが検索されたときにより上位になるようにするだけで、 誹謗サイトの順位が下がるつーのは副次的な効果じゃん。つまり普通のSEO（検索エンジン最適化）。
こういうのもマーケティングなんですかねー

MACS Technology「MA-71xx」シリーズは一昔？（自作始めたのはPen４世代以降なので、 これ以前のことは全く無知ｗ）流行ったCPUクーラーにペルチェを搭載したもの。 ペルチェ素子とは電流を流せば熱を移動させ温度差が生じる、つまりモノを冷やせるもの。 （ペルチェ自体も発熱するから結局熱量は増えるのだけど）
よさそうだけど、それなら ペルチェクーラー内蔵ケースの方がいいかなー、気分的に。 ネットでCPUがSlot時代にペルチェクーラー付けてる方々見てみましたがかなり大変そうな感じ。
■FF12の松野泰己氏、 病気療養によりプロデューサー業務から離れる。
「ファイナルファンタジーXIIの開発プロデューサーを担当しております松野泰己は病気療養によりプロデューサー業務から離れており、 現在は監修という形でタッチしております」とのこと。
こういうデカイプロジェクト受け持ってる時に病気になると辛そう。まあ完全にFF12から離れたわけじゃないようですが。
そういやFF12の発売日が来年３月１６日に決まりましたね。 たぶんPS3が出る時期と重なってますが。。。
いま思い出してみるとPS最後のFFであるFF9の発売日が2000/07/07でPS2本体がこの年の3月くらいだった気がする。 今回も似た感じですか。
というかさらに言えば、このときにFF10の開発（実験）もFF9より前だった記憶が・・・
ってことは来年初頭にはもうFF13のためにPS3いじってんのかなー開発スタッフ。っと妄想。
